On the second day of the Belarusian People’s Congress, Alyaksandr Lukashenka announced the plans to change the law on mass events.

In the course of today’s Belarusian People’s Congress, Alyaksandr Lukashenka expressed readiness to deepen Belarus-Russia integration in a staged manner and ‘on the basis of equality of the two Union State members’.

The security agencies are taking all the necessary measures to ensure public safety, since lots of people are arriving in Minsk in the run-up to the Belarusian People’s Congress, the press service of the Belarusian Interior Ministry reports.

According to him, the integration with Russia should improve the well-being of the brotherly peoples.
