Vladimir Putin recently announced the recognition of the so-called DNR and LNR within the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, the Dozhd TV channel reported.

The head of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin spoke about the borders of the recognized LNR and DNR. Putin designated these borders as the borders of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. This could mean the beginning of a full-scale war in the Donbas.
Earlier, the Russian Federation Council approved the use of the Russian Armed Forces outside the country “in connection with the situation in Donbas,” TASS reported.
